Potesta is replacing Jake Tuzza, who has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities.
Potesta brings a wealth of experience to her new role, having previously served as the Head of Institutional Distribution at Voya IM. In her new position, she will be responsible for overseeing all distribution aspects of Voya IM's institutional and intermediary businesses.
