Investing in REITs for a Good Payback

Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) had a rough start this year, with the Covid-19 pandemic disrupting the market. Finally, the third REIT is the Blackstone Group, which has seen significant returns due to Investment in residential and commercial properties. Blackstone is one of the most established players in the REIT market, and its Investment have paid off handsomely in the past 18 months.

Investing in REITs can be a great way to make money in a tough market, according to Harrington. She suggests that investors look for established players in the market who have a good track record of returns, and that they diversify their portfolio in order to minimize risk.
