Investment companies are seeking growth in the stock market as discounts have reached levels not seen since the early stages of the Covid pandemic. Recently, Land & Buildings founder and chief Investment officer Jonathan Litt posed for a photo inside the firm's offices at Landmark Center in downtown, indicating a focus on expansion.

CION Investment Corporation (NYSE: CION) announced a special cash distribution and the company's website says it manages $284 billion in U.S. assets across several platforms, which include healthcare and technology. Investment aim at China again with letters to Congress, and the firm has ties to Chinese companies through an emerging markets index ETF.

Indico was the lead investor in Inclita Seaweed Solutions' €3.2 million ($3.4 million) financing round, and was the co-lead investor in Eat Well Investment Group Inc.'s non-binding agreement to refinance the Company's existing revolving credit facilities of up to $50 million. Castle Peak Holdings, a hospitality Investment and development company, is also acquiring the 151-room Wrightsville Beach hotel at 275 Waynick.

Gary Wang, FTX's other cofounder and the company's former chief, is also in the midst of an Investment company expansion. DCG also owes $350 million to Investment firm Elridge if Genesis goes public.
