Global investment firms Carlyle and KKR are leading the way in sustainable investment with the launch of two global bond indices. The partnership announcement comes as the first major investment into In-Solutions Global since its launch in 2004, according to a Monday (Dec. 22) statement. The NT Global Bond ESG Climate Index Fund and the NT Global 1-5 Year Bond ESG Climate Index Fund will be managed by In-Solutions Global, an investment firm based in Brno, Czech Republic, and will support sustainable investment solutions with the launch of two global bond indices.
Carlyle, a global investment firm, also announced a partnership with Finatext, a Japanese investment solutions and fintech provider focused on providing retail investors with comprehensive investment solutions. The partnership will focus on providing comprehensive investment solutions and services to retail investors in Japan. KKR is a leading global investment firm that offers alternative asset management as well as capital markets and insurance solutions. According to the statement, the partnership between Carlyle and Finatext will combine Carlyle’s global experience and expertise in managing investment with Finatext’s experience in providing comprehensive investment solutions and services to retail investors in Japan.
Tackling climate change, biodiversity loss and land degradation with immediate action requires that current global investment need to reflect the urgency of the situation. To this end, KKR has also announced a multi-year investment fund that will expand the organization's relationship to focus on rapidly developing industry cloud solutions for pressing environmental and social issues. The fund, called the KKR Global Impact Solutions Fund, will provide capital to global companies that are working to develop solutions to global environmental and social challenges.
