Partnering with Best Companies Group, a research firm specializing in identifying great places to work, Pensions & Investments presented awards to the best investment firms in the 11th annual Best Places to Work in Money Management survey.

Most of the firms surveyed continued to have far fewer women and minorities in senior roles, despite some progress from the previous year. The survey also revealed that many firms still lack a transparent, consistent process for measuring and monitoring diversity and inclusion.

The firm was named as a top workplace in the 50-99 Employees category. Among the winners were asset management firms, hedge funds, and venture capital firms, as well as banks, law firms, and other financial services companies.

The survey revealed that most firms are making some progress when it comes to improving diversity and inclusion. However, most firms surveyed continue to have far fewer women and minorities in senior roles. This is despite some progress from the previous year.
