The EB5 is a type of investor visa that grants a US residency permit to its holders. Holding an EB5 Visa enables you and your dependents to live and work in the United States. This visa is available to foreign investors who invest a minimum of $900,000 in a new commercial enterprise that creates at least 10 full-time jobs for US workers.
